KALE SOUP 
Stew beef
Small ham (face end)
Linguica
Chorizo sausage
Peeled tomatoes
Carrots
Potatoes
Brown beans
Kale
Onions (sauteed)

Take ham bone; cover with water and stew for a few hours until bone is soft and meat falls off. Remove bone. Bread beef and fry quickly; add to ham while simmering. Add carrots and cook for 1/2 hour with linguica and chorizo sausage. Add onions, potatoes, and kale.

When kale is tender, add tomatoes and beans. Serve with sourdough bread.
