CHICKEN ITALIANO 
2-3 lbs. boneless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
2 lg. green peppers
1 lg. red peppers
2 tsp. minced garlic
2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (12 oz.) cans pureed tomatoes

Mix tomato sauce, green peppers and garlic; season sauce to taste. Add chicken; bring to boil. Cover simmer approximately 2-3 hours. Serve over rice or pasta.

Serves 4-6 people.
