BEEF STICK 
5 lbs. hamburger
5 tbsp. Morton's Tender Quick Salt
2 tsp. mustard seed
1 1/2 tsp. hickory smoke salt
2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix well. Refrigerate. Take out and mix once a day for 2 days. Shape into 5 rolls. Roll each in foil. When baking, punch holes in foil so grease will drain out. Bake at 325 to 350 for 2 hours, turn once in 1 hour.
