EGG NOG 
6 eggs
4 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. rum extract
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. whipped cream or 1 pt. vanilla ice cream

Slightly beat eggs, add milk, sugar, rum and salt; blend well and fold in whipped cream or ice cream. Cover tightly overnight in refrigerator.
