SOUR CREAM MACARONI 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
2 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 med. egg, slightly beaten
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Paprika

Cook macaroni as directed on package.

Combine ingredients except paprika and add to macaroni. Put mixture in greased pan or baking dish. Sprinkle paprika on top. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. If refrigerated before baking, increase baking time to one hour. Serves 6.
