CREAM CHEESE BARS 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese (softened)
2 (8 oz.) cans Pillsbury Crescent rolls
1 c. sugar
1 egg, separated
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Using 1 can crescent rolls, press dough into bottom of greased 13x9 pan, bringing dough 1 inch up on sides.

Mix cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, egg yolk and vanilla in small bowl until well blended. Spread mixture over dough. Place remaining can of rolls over cheese mixture. Beat egg white until stiff. Spread it over dough. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over top. Bake 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
