A variation of my non-winning Weetabix entry, so I got rid of the Weetabix.

1 yellow cake mix
1/2 c. butter
1 c. coconut

Blend and spread in 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Mix together:

6 sliced peaches, sprinkled with 1/4 c. sugar
1 lg. jar baby food apricots
1 c. apricot preserves
1 c. quick oats

Spread over baked crust. Mix:

1 beaten egg
1 c. sour cream

Pour over all. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
