LADY FINGERS CAKE | |
1 lg. Cool Whip 1 lg. sour cream (pt.) 1 can tidbits pineapple (drained) 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding 3 pkgs. lady fingers (plain) 2 pkgs. frozen strawberries (strawberries save until end) Using a spring pan, line lady fingers all around sides and also bottom. Mix together Cool Whip, sour cream, drained well pineapple tidbits and package of instant vanilla pudding (mixture). Spread half of mixture. Layer again with lady fingers. Spread rest of mixture, and refrigerate for 3 hours. When ready to serve, top with strawberries. (Also can try other fruits such as bananas.) |
