YOGURT COFFEE CAKE 
1 1/2 sticks Promise butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs or equivalent "Egg Beaters"
3 c. sifted flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. plain yogurt
1 tsp. vanilla

FILLING & TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. pecans or walnuts
Promise butter

Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time and beat well. Set aside.

Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Then add alternately with yogurt. Mix well.

Pour 1/2 into well-greased, lightly floured, high tube pan. Mix cinnamon and sugar together. Pour 1/2 cup on top of cake dough. Add 1/4 cup of chopped nuts. Dot lightly with butter.

Pour remaining cake dough over all. Top with remaining 1/4 cup cinnamon sugar mixture and the rest of nuts, whole or chopped.

Dot lightly with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until cake tests done. Serves 9 to 12.
