CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
1/4 c. butter
2 pkg. Ramen soup noodles, crushed
1/2 c. sesame seeds
2 handfuls sliced almonds
1 large head cabbage, chopped fine
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 to 3 cooked, boneless chicken breasts (I cook in oven or barbecue), diced

Combine in pan and brown; cool and set aside.

Dressing:

1 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. white vinegar
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. sugar
pepper to taste

Combine in jar and shake.

Combine all; mix and serve.
