3 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 c. sugar
14 soda crackers, rolled fine
1 c. pecans, chopped fine
12 dates, cut fine
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Cool Whip

Mix all the ingredients except Cool Whip. Put into a pie plate and bake 45 minutes at 300 degrees. Cut into very small wedges to serve because it is very rich. Top with Cool Whip when serving.
