HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
3 c. cooked chicken, diced
1 can water chestnuts, sliced (drain off water)
1 c. slivered almonds (1 1/2 oz. pkg.)
2 c. chopped celery
1 c. cheese (1/2 cheddar & 1/2 Velveeta)
1 1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 can onion rings

Mix together and pour into buttered baking dish. Heat through at 350 degrees. Bake 20 minutes, then put onion rings on it and bake 10 minutes.
