SAUTEED SHRIMP 
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. dry vermouth
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
4 drops hot sauce
2 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
Hot cooked rice

Saute garlic in butter in a skillet; combine next 7 ingredients, and gradually add mixture to skillet. Add shrimp; cook 5 minutes, or until shrimp are done, stirring frequently. Serve over rice. Serves 4-6.
