SHRIMP DE JONQUE 
1/2 lb. peeled, cleaned shrimp
1/3 c. butter
2 garlic cloves
1/3 c. chicken broth
1/2 tsp. tarragon
1/2 tsp. parsley
Dash of mace
Dash of nutmeg
Dash of sage
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 tbsp. minced onion
2-3 heaping tbsp. seasoned bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place shrimp in single layer in Corning Ware. Melt butter with whole garlic cloves until turns dark brown. Remove from heat and throw away garlic. Add to butter the remaining ingredients except bread crumbs. Stir. Pour half of mixture over shrimp. Add bread crumbs to remaining mixture in saucepan and stir. Spoon over wet bread crumbs over shrimp. Cook approximately 8 to 10 minutes.
