MAYFLOWERS 
2 hoagie buns
1 1/2 c. diced, cooked ham
1/4 c. chopped celery
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
4 slices sliced cheese
4 toothpicks

Divide hoagie rolls in halves. Scoop out center. In a bowl, combine ham, celery, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Fill hoagie buns with mixture. Take toothpick and cheese and make a sail. Stick in center of bun. Sail off for lunch!
