CHICKEN ITALIANO 
12 pieces chicken
1 env. onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. vermouth or white wine
1 c. drained canned tomatoes
3 c. cooked hot rice or noodles

Place chicken in greased shallow baking pan (9 x 13 inches). Sprinkle with onion soup. Blend mushroom soup and vermouth. Pour over chicken. Add tomatoes. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until tender. Serve over rice or noodles. Serves 6.

When cooking in a crockpot, mix soups and vermouth together. As chicken is layered in pot, pour mixture over a little at a time. Cook on low for 10-12 hours.
