BEEF ROAST | |
5 to 7 pounds chuck roast, 2 inches thick, trim fat, score meat and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon meat tenderizer. Let stand for 1 hour. 1/2 c. soy sauce 1/4 c. wine 3 tbsp. lime juice 3 tbsp. water 1 tbsp. salad oil 1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. ginger 2 garlic cloves (sliced thin) Pour over roast. Cover and marinate for 4 to 5 hours. Turn meat occasionally. Grill, turn at 7 minute intervals. Grill about 1/2 hour. |
