PEAS CORN PUDDING 
3 eggs, slightly beaten
3 tbsp. corn oil
1 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 (1 lb. 1 oz.) can (2 c.) cream style corn
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 c. scalded milk
Paprika
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
10 oz. grated frozen peas

Mix all ingredients together except paprika. Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Set in pan of hot water and bake in 350 degree (moderate) oven until knife inserted in center of pudding comes out clean, about 1 hour and 10 minutes. Makes about 6 servings.
