PEAS, RICE AND MUSHROOMS 
1 can LeSeur peas
2 cans Campbell's chicken broth
1 c. uncooked rice
1 stick butter
1 onion, chopped
1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced

Melt butter in saucepan. Add onions and saute until golden. Add chicken broth and rice. Cook until rice has absorbed most of chicken broth. If rice is not done, add a little water and continue cooking. Add mushrooms and cook until done. Drain peas and add to rice mixture just before serving.
