PORK CHOPS CACCIATORE 
6 pork chops, about 3/4 inch thick
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 medium onion, sliced thin
1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix
1 1-lb. can tomatoes
1 tbsp. brown sugar
6 green pepper rings

In skillet, brown pork chops on both sides. Season with salt and pepper. Place in 11x7x1-1/2-inch baking pan. Top each chop with a thin onion slice.

Combine spaghetti sauce mix with tomatoes and brown sugar. Pour over chops. Cover.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Uncover; top each chop with green pepper ring.

Bake 15 minutes.

Serves 6.
