RICE-A-RONI SALAD 
1 pkg. chicken Rice-A-Roni, cooked as directed and cooled.

1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
2 green onions, minced
2 jars marinated artichoke hearts (drain and save juice)
8 stuffed green olives, chopped
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/3 c. mayonnaise

Use oil from one jar artichokes to moisten. Marinate fresh sliced mushrooms in remaining oil. Toss all ingredients. Make at least 8 hours in advance.
