MOON CAKE 
1 c. water
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs

FILLING:

3 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
5 1/4 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese

12 oz. Cool Whip
Hershey chocolate syrup

Boil 1 cup water and 1 stick of butter. Add 1 cup flour. Cool and add 4 eggs, one at a time. Spread in 11x15 inch ungreased pan. Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees.

FILLING: Mix together pudding, milk, and cream cheese. Spread over crust. Spread Cool Whip on top. Drizzle Hershey chocolate on top.
