MOM'S EGG CAKE (DANISH) | |
1/4 to 1/2 lb. bacon 2 tbsp. flour Salt and pepper 6 eggs 2 c. milk Chopped chives Fry bacon until crisp; drain and chop. Beat eggs, add rest of ingredients and pour into frying pan. Cook, stirring until the mixture resembles very moist, soft scrambled eggs. Put bacon on top and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. |
