CHICKEN BAR-B-Q 
2-3 lbs. chicken
1 egg
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. pepper

Par boil chicken. While chicken is cooking, mix together rest of ingredients in large bowl; whisk together very well. When chicken is done boiling, place in bowl with mixture. For better taste, let stand overnight or for several hours (in refrigerator). Cook on grill until done. Turning and basting several times. (Watch that it does not burn when oil drips on hot coals.)
