JAQUAR BAR-B-Q CHICKEN BREASTS | |
6 oz. hickory-flavored barbecue sauce 2 tsp. dry mustard (more or less according to taste) 2 tbsp. white vinegar 4 tsp. spicy chicken seasoning (more or less according to taste) 4 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning (more or less according to taste) 4 med./lg. chicken breasts Using Weber-type kettle charcoal grill, start fire with a pile of approximately 30 briquettes of charcoal. After briquettes turn white and flame dies, divide pile evenly to each side of kettle. Prepare chicken breasts by brushing on generous amounts of the mixture consisting of barbecue sauce, mustard and vinegar. Sprinkle even amounts of chicken seasoning and Old Bay seasoning. Turn chicken breasts after cooking approximately 22.5 minutes and repeat applications of sauce and seasonings. Cook approximately 22.5 minutes or until done. Cooking times vary with larger or smaller amounts of charcoal briquettes used. |
