BANANA WHEAT BREAD | |
1/2 c. white flour 1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. butter, melted 1 egg 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. mashed very ripe bananas (2 med.) Combine flours, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Stir well; set aside. At medium speed, mix sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla. Turn to low speed. Alternately add flour mixture with bananas. Coat pan with cooking spray. Bake in 8x4x2 inch pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. 16 servings, 120 calories. |
