WHOLE WHEAT BANANA BREAD 
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 egg
1 c. mashed bananas, very ripe (2 med.)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8 x 4 x 2 inch loaf pan with Pam. Combine sugar and oil and beat at medium speed 2 minutes. Add egg, beat until light. Add flour mixture. Alternate with bananas. Blend well. Add vanilla. Bake 45 minutes. Cool 15 minutes.
