LOW FAT, LOW SODIUM CASSEROLE
SAUCE MIX
 
2 c. non-fat dry milk powder
3/4 c. cornstarch
1/4 c. unsalted instant chicken bouillon
2 tbsp. dried onion flakes or 1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. pepper

Blend all ingredients. When ready to use, combine 1/3 cup casserole mix with 1 1/4 cups water to equal 1 can soup.
