SUNDAE BROWNIES 
1 c. plus 1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
16 oz. Hershey's chocolate syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. milk
12 oz. chocolate chips

Mix flour, baking powder and chopped nuts. Set aside. Cream 1/4 cup butter, 1 cup sugar and eggs. Beat until creamy. Add chocolate syrup and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture; pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. For frosting, place 3/4 cup sugar, 3 tablespoons butter and 3 tablespoons milk in a small sauce pan, stir and boil gently about 1/2 minute. Add chocolate chips and stir until melted. Spread on cooled brownies and cut into squares.
