BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. chopped frozen broccoli

Cook broccoli in 1 cup of water for 5 minutes.

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. onion flakes
1 c. grated sharp cheese
2 eggs
1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm Cornbread Stuffing
1 stick butter

Cook broccoli in water; mix all ingredients, except stuffing and butter. Place mixture in a buttered baking dish. Melt butter and mix with stuffing mix. Spread evenly over top of casserole mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in a preheated oven.
