BROCCOLI CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE 
1 c. regular rice
10 oz. frozen broccoli
10 oz. frozen cauliflower
1 lg. jar Cheez Whiz
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery

Saute celery and onion in butter until golden brown. Combine soups and cheese. Cook rice until done. Mix all ingredients together. Bake in 2-quart casserole for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
