MOCK APPLE COBBLER 
8 c. sliced zucchini squash
2/3 c. lemon juice

4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3 sticks butter

Cook squash and lemon juice, add 1/2 cup crust to this filling. Press 1/2 crust in bottom of pan. Pour filling on crust.

Press on remainder of crust. Sprinkle on top a mixture of 2 teaspoons cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, and 1 cup sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
