MOCHA MOUSSE 
4 oz. sweet chocolate
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. Swiss Mocha Instant Coffee (International Coffees)
3 c. thawed whipped topping (1 lg. container)

1. Melt chocolate, water, instant coffee in microwave. Approximately 2 minutes.

2. Cool 15 minutes.

3. Blend whipped topping into melted chocolate mixture.

4. Chill or freeze 4 hours.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
