BARBECUED MEATBALLS 
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
3 lb. ground chuck
2 c. oatmeal (Quaker 5 minute)
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. chili powder
2 eggs

SAUCE:

2 c. catsup
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. liquid smoke (Bull's Eye brand)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. chopped onion

Mix top half first and form into balls. Place in flat oblong Pyrex dish. Mix sauce and pour over meat balls. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour; a little longer if meat balls are large. Cover dish with foil while baking.
