MAKE AHEAD HOT CHICKEN OR TURKEY
SALAD
 
4 c. diced chicken or turkey, cooked
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
2 c. celery, chopped
1 tbsp. finely chopped onions
1 sm. jar pimento (opt.)
3/4 c. grated cheese
2/3 c. slivered almonds
1 c. crushed potato chips or corn flakes
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 hard-cooked eggs

Mix all together except chips. Place in 7 x 11 inch pan. Top with cheese and almond, refrigerate overnight. Cover well. Next day, put chips over top and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot.
