PINEAPPLE FROSTING 
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained saving juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Sugar substitutes to taste, about 3

In a medium size bowl beat together cream cheese and 2 tablespoons of saved juice; add vanilla. Fold in pineapple and chill until thick enough to spread.
