FRUIT FRITTERS 
1 c. flour
1/3 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten

Sift flour, measure, and sift with sugar and salt. Combine eggs and milk. Add dry ingredients. Mix until smooth. The amount of sugar may be decreased to suit the sweetness of the fruit.

Add 1 cup well drained corn to fritter batter. Mix thoroughly. Drop by teaspoonfuls into deep fat (380 degrees). Fry until brown. Drain on crumpled absorbent paper.
