CORN PUDDING 
1 can whole kernel corn
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. milk

Beat sugar, eggs and salt together. Add milk and corn. Pour into buttered casserole. Dot top with butter and sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees until set (about 45 minutes). Cook casserole in a pan of water. Will be more creamy also I drain the corn.
