FRESH ASPARAGUS WITH SAUCE 
2 lb. fresh asparagus
1 tbsp. vegetable oil

STEP 1:
2 c. stock
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Accent

Combine and heat until boiling.

STEP 2:
1 c. stock
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Accent
1/2 tsp. rice wine
1/2 tsp. cornstarch

Remove hard ends from asparagus and rinse asparagus lightly and drain Step 1 then add asparagus and cook for 5 minutes. Remove the cooked asparagus on a serving plate (discard liquid). Heat Step 2 until thick, stirring constantly, add 1 tablespoon hot oil, and mix well. Pour the mixture over the asparagus and serve.
