CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 can refrigerator quick crescent rolls
4 mozzarella cheese slices or shredded mozzarella

Brown ground beef in skillet; drain off fat. Add onion, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and tomato paste. Blend well. Unroll and separate crescent rolls into 8 triangles.

Place in ungreased 9 inch pie pan, pressing pieces together to form a crust. Put ground beef and tomato mixture on top of crescent rolls. Top with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees until cheese is brown and crust is done.
