CHEESE SAUSAGE BREAD 
1 frozen loaf of bread, thawed
1 lb. sausage
2 tbsp. olive oil
pinch of black pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated

Coat frozen loaf with Crisco shortening and set aside to thaw. When thawed, pat bread into a large rectangle. Brown sausage with 2 tablespoons olive oil, dash pepper, garlic powder. Drain well.

Spoon sausage meat on half of the bread. Top with cheese. Fold lengthwise and pinch edges together. Shape into a crescent and place on cookie sheet.

Bake in a preheated 350°F oven until golden brown, about 25-35 minutes.
