CHERRY SWEET POTATOES 
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
4 med. sweet potatoes, cooked or 2 cans yams

Combine cherries, orange juice, butter, salt in saucepan. Cook slowly 5 minutes. Place potatoes (if canned, then drain) in 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Pour sauce over. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.

Makes 8 servings.
