BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. Beef Cubes
2 Onions Sliced
Lg. Green Pepper Sliced
1 cup Mushrooms Sliced
2 Beef Bouillon Cubes
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 Cups Water
2 tbsp. Cornstarch
1/2 cup Sour Cream

Brown beef cubes. Add water and remaining ingredients except cornstarch and sour cream. Cook 1 hour or until tender. Mix cornstarch with cold water to make a thin paste. Thicken stroganoff and remove from heat after 3 minutes. Add sour cream. Serve over noodles.
