SPEIDIS 
2/3 c. oil
1 lg. chopped garlic (or substitute powder or garlic salt to taste)
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt (omit if using garlic salt)
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. vinegar
4 lbs. cubed meat (beef, lamb, pork or venison)

Marinade for 2 to 5 days in refrigerator. Grill or broil on skewers. Serve on buttered rolls or bread.
