1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter, softened
3/4 c. chopped pecans
2 eggs

Mix first 4 ingredients until well blended and spread with fingertips in a lightly greased 13x9 inch pan. Don't bake at this point.

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 box powdered sugar
2 eggs

Mix on medium speed until smooth. Pour over crust mixture and bake at 300 degrees until set and top lightly browns. Cool and serve (approximately 30 minutes).
