BARBECUED MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
1 c. breadcrumbs (4 to 5 slices bread)
1 onion, finely chopped (or 2 to 3 tbsp. onion flakes)
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. wheat germ (optional)
1/2 c. tomato sauce

Combine ingredients in large mixing bowl. Mix well. Shape into loaf and place in baking dish.

Barbecue Sauce:

1 1/2 c. tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine and pour over meat loaf.

Bake at 350°F to 375°F for 1 hour and 15 to 30 minutes. Cook uncovered and baste often.

May want to double sauce recipe.
