JELLY STRUDLE 
1 recipe of Strudle Dough
Oil
Cinnamon & sugar
3/4 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. white raisins
1 to 1 1/2 c. bread or cake crumbs
1 pt. preserves (cherry, strawberries or similar preserves)
1/2 grated lemon rind

Brush dough with oil. Sprinkle liberally with cinnamon, sugar, nuts and raisins. Mix preserves with bread crumbs and lemon rind. Place a row of filling along one end of dough and roll up strudel. Place in well oiled pan twisting to fit pan. flatten the strudel a bit, brush with oil. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake in a hot oven at 375 degrees about 30 minutes or until brown. (Mark into 1 1/2 to 2 inch slices before baking.) When done, cut into slices and top with powdered sugar.
