APPLE PUDDING 
1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. peeled chopped apples

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg; beat well. Add apples, raisins and nuts, then flour sifted with salt, soda and spices. Bake in oiled 9 x 12 inch pan at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
