CAESAR SALAD 
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2-3 anchovies, mashed
Dash salt & freshly ground pepper
1 tbsp. dry mustard
Juice from 1/2 lemon
1 coddled egg
Dash Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. wine vinegar
6 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
3/4 c. croutons
1 bunch Romaine lettuce

Wash and tear lettuce leaves. Set aside.

Combine garlic, anchovies, salt, pepper, mustard, lemon juice, egg and Worcestershire sauce in large salad bowl. Mix well. Add vinegar. Mix well. Add oil. Mix well. When ready to serve, stir in Parmesan cheese. Add romaine. Toss lightly and quickly. Add croutons. Toss again. Serve immediately on salad plates. May sprinkle with more Parmesan cheese, if desired. Serves 4-6.
