1 can water-packed tuna
2 boiled eggs
Some raisins
Some peeled chopped apples
Some chopped walnuts
Some diced celery
Some Miracle Whip

Drain tuna. Mix all ingredients; spread on whole wheat bread. Top with shredded cheddar cheese or put a scoop in melon half.
